By accessing or using por1al-ipopsay (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and por1al-ipopsay.
por1al-ipopsay provides a payment API key management portal that enables developers and businesses to generate, rotate, revoke, and monitor API keys for payment integrations. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice.
You must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information to access the Service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
API keys generated through the Service are tied to your account and must not be shared, publicly exposed, or embedded in client-side code. por1al-ipopsay reserves the right to revoke any API key that is found to violate these Terms or poses a security risk. You are responsible for all transactions and API calls made using your keys.
Subscription fees and usage-based charges are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle as selected during sign-up. All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All software, documentation, trademarks, and content comprising the Service are the exclusive property of por1al-ipopsay or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Service.
You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to facilitate fraud, to process transactions for prohibited industries (as defined in our Acceptable Use Policy), or to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service. Violation of this section may result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POR1AL-IPOPSAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE OR DATA. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and any outstanding fees will become immediately due. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11 shall survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
